The FBI Washington D.C. Citizens Academy Alumni Association is an independent, community-driven organization dedicated to building safer, stronger communities. Through outreach, volunteer service, and educational programs, we engage leaders across business, labor, media, healthcare, government, religious organizations, minority groups, and senior communities. Our mission is to deepen public understanding of law enforcement—especially the role, capabilities, and limitations of the FBI—while fostering trust, collaboration, and informed citizenship.

The purpose of the FBI Washington D.C. Citizens Academy Alumni Association is to strengthen and advance the unique relationship between graduates of the FBI Washington Field Office Citizens Academy and the Washington Field Office. The Association is committed to supporting the FBI’s mission and contributing to the safety, education, and well-being of our community.

Graduates of the FBI Citizens Academy are eligible to apply for membership in the Alumni Association; however, membership is not automatic.
