Joseph Ramos served as a San Diego SWAT lieutenant and SDPD captain, earning a reputation for level headed leadership in the most demanding environments. Officer Ramos will share about his years of experience successfully managing police response and resources during critical incidents including SWAT operations, homicide scenes, officer involved shootings, political rallies and related protests.
